Jennie Garth doesn't hold back in a new clip from her CMT reality show, Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country.
Sitting in a circle with two women and her therapist, a teary-eyed Garth, 40, talks about the "sadness" and "anger" she feels about Peter Facinelli filing for divorce in March.
"I think with any sort of rejection, you're angry that you weren't enough for that person," she says in the episode airing Friday at 9 p.m. "So I don't know if I'm angry at myself for not being enough, or if I'm angry at him for not considering me to be enough."
Talking about Facinelli's decision to end their longtime union, Garth says she hoped they'd be together "forever," adding, "This really threw me for a loop."
Wiping her eyes, she says she realizes how much she truly adored him.
"It's weird and sad, but I really realized through this whole experience how much I loved him, how deeply I loved him and how deeply I loved us," she explains.
When her therapist then asks if she'd like to share these strong feelings with her ex, she wipes her eyes and says simply, "Yeah."
